I woke up at roughly 2 am and again this morning with a Panic feeling. Now as a empath and intuitive, we have been told that we are not connected. We can't possibly feel something that does not exist, yet we are all connected, you have been taught or told, to separated from your own truth. So to confront this feeling, I check in with myself in the present moment. By asking key questions about what am I feeling. I sat down and grounded into the earth by saying and asking the guides to assist me with grounding. Since there was nothing in my immediate present surroundings. I asked, am I picking on a future event or the collective? Again we are all connected to source, God, and the planet and universe.
We tend to think it is just me and we are told that from childhood on because our parents and generations before didn't understand that we all connected to a much grander plan. Even a therapist with tell you that it is your mind (there is a time and place for a therapist or therapy) and that somehow you are wrong for your feelings or whatever, based on their own experience. They're not completely wrong because we are taught that it is a mind program/ problem. Now, if I were to look outside into the world it could be really anything from earthquake to collective, one of the many shifts happening. Planetary wise we just had spring equinox, retrograde coming up, and solar eclipse. These are all events that are occurring that are not counted as to what happening on the planet at this time.
Along with all of the above things, is it a memory of your current past life (the one you're living now) or past life that bringing up something that needs to be looked at or just felt? Since we are taught to deny what we feel or who we are, as a person and as a spiritual being because it makes other people uncomfortable, or taught by society or teased that you need to close off or shut down for various reasons and become someone other than who you are.. as be like your brother, sister, grow up, stop being sensitive, man up or any of babble that was imprinted on you by your parents, by which they had the same conditioning that you have experienced.
Now, most of this is survival mode by we are in danger - lion eats predator, but animals don't necessarily work that way unless for other reasons. Like provoked, or by many of the earth changes or humans. Animals also want to survive and protect themselves, just like humans. It is built into our DNA to thrive not just survive. When you stop and look at what you are feeling to check in with yourself, and not what others think because they are not you. You are doing self-care for yourself. The more you do this, the easier it is because you take the time and intent to be present moment. Sure, there could be a valid reason for the panic attack and there are many reasons depending on your life experience. This very moment there is only right now. The moment is the present! And in reality, if there is a situation in your life or something out in the world -can you change it?
We are taught to control everything, everyone, every thought or action - when it is counter-intuitive to want the worst to happen. As an example, if you bang your toe or you are rushing around because you are late or the kids, traffic ..etc.. we have been entrenched to do the opposite of what needs to be done. Instead of grounding ourselves in the present, and slowing down, making the phone call to the boss about being late, or the traffic accident, we are running panic-stricken (in fear of what) something not seen or observed. (ok the accident is observable, that is not the point here.)
When we take that moment of questioning and inquiry is this taught to me and by who, or what happened that makes me feel this, you learn to take back your power. Instead of being conditioned to create the worst outcome and in effect creating problems that not have yet happened, verses I have to make the doughnuts (humor here) or the money, job, or be late for an appointment. So what! Are these things life or death? No.
If they are, do your best by being aware of your thoughts and actions. And if it is not death go watch NDE's video people will tell you a different story about the afterlife. And not about going to Hell because that is not the whole truth unless you want a different perspective to consider. And if you look up perspective -it states two dimensions, we don't live in two dimensions. That is a very narrow viewpoint. When the universe is infinite. I can tell until I am blue in my face but you have to question what is true for you.
