Some days I have more thoughts than I can write down, fast enough. So here are some of them.
Zen walking - What is Zen walking is when are conscious of the fact that your walking and aware of every step that you take. (before rolling your eyes) This is not weird- society tells you things are weird. Now I repeatedly say you are already intuitive, you have either forgotten or do not pay attention. We are taught to be in the mind. When you are using your senses and are conscious of the fact you are doing something or nothing. You become aware of the fact that you walking, taking steps. Your awareness is in the steps. Like a child taking their first steps. They know what they doing, and the joy and happiness from you is proof to them, even before you say anything to them. (because they use their senses, not words)
And if you hard time with this - I would question why you need approval or acceptance, and that it is ok to do. For one thing, this comes from childhood. Did you have approval, acceptance, or validation, or was it so controlled, were parent/s too busy to even notice, that it didn't matter, what you did? And are still seeking it? Awareness of these aspects of yourself, and when you are in them help you understand yourself better.
Most people want peace, a moment to clear their mind. So what are doing to create it? Your creator of life, what is stopping you? too busy, too much to do? kids, work, cleaning, dishes, etc...if don't do it for yourself, why are you leaving it to someone else to tell take care self.
I make time to take care of me.
I deserve peace of mind.
I am responsible for my own well being.
I am releasing things or people who don't bring me peace of mind.
I welcome peace into my life
Do you say yes, when really want to say NO? why?
