Emotional or Memory trigger 4-4-16
One time or another
we have felt like we were punished by an unruly god, our beliefs about our god
were questioned to no end, wondering why this happen or what did we do to
deserve any situation that had us question god for answers. If may have been
illness, or death or traumatic events that questioned that deeper part of
ourselves. We all come here remembering that we lived in harmony prior to
existing this time around. But as we soon learned it’s not all that it’s cracked
up to be. We expected a life full of love of cherished moments with family,
friends and stranger that united us all. Maybe you were fortune in that you
lived a life unscathed of events that changed your life.
Maybe you found grace
when none was to be found. We lived in a world that demands are time, patients
and the numerous challenges set before us; whereas our very soul needs to learn
to forgive the people who tied us in knots.
Our emotions to these
events leave scars far beyond the surface of outer appearance. Try as we might
these wounds, even if buried within us, we need to love and give attention to
them. Knowing that these things were experienced by us and that we
agreed to journey; even as it weights on our shoulders and continues to live
within. We can release the emotional pain; we need to understand that we must
first forgive ourselves for the pain that lingers in soul.
These events never
leave us, they are imprinted on our very soul. We helped to create many of the
situations that cross our path and some we come in with to experience. I read
many times that the strongest soul come in, to carry the burden of many. We
believe in the good and hope that it always returned, and we cast shadows at
things that we deed bad. But if we learned to understanding that we all have
walked the path of good, bad, evil or indifferent, would we be better off. I
really don’t know.
What I do know is
that if you don’t learn to heal those wounds within you/us this world will
continue as it is now. If we use history as example – there is nothing new,
whether it been 50, 100 or 1000 years the same struggles go on. The issues
surrounding our planet have forced us into overdrive by people’s minds and we
can’t expect change until we agreed with ourselves that we hate, we expect war,
expect to be control, or we expect anything to happen to us.
Every day we are
giving moments to change a course of action within us, but admitting it’s very
difficult with other people, when they think they solely exist for themselves.
The word nirvana, utopia, peace or harmony are very powerful words that create
what we all achieved to have in our life, but as soon as someone or something
happens to us, we see if indifferent.
What if I were to
tell you nothing is ever done to you, you experience something, anything and
because we taught to encounter that from the smallest part of our brain, we
continue to expect that same response as its “Ground Hog Day” the movie, until
we learn to move beyond our own limiting beliefs, it’s going to continue. Now,
many may say that what about rape, war, murder, drugs, abuse, mental illness,
poverty, etc.. These are symptoms of a bigger problem. They are all about you,
if you believe that they are deemed as bad, then they will be seen as bad. But
have you never questioned why they occurred? They happen because they also
experience that same events and it just keeps repeating, because as a society
we don’t want to face that there are people who need help to break these
cycles. Babies, child and people don’t wish for bad stuff, it happens to them,
too.
See we honor that the
bad because we have be taught over and over again that we powerless to even
change ourselves. That if we turn a blind eye it does not exist and that we
should all be punished because we deemed ourselves bad. We all make mistakes
and we punish to no end, but who are we really punishing. We were giving a
life, not to worry at how much money one could possibly make before we die, to
live like their no other person on the planet. We were giving life, breath, a
mind, heart and soul. I certain don’t want to live a life that I did attempt to
do all that I could for my own piece of mind or another who may need
assistance. I think that if you ask anyone that you may care about “did they
give up something”, so you could become who you are, what would they say? We
choose who we love but we can also choose to hate, be anger or at another, wish
people off the planet, because others have forgot their way. If we are a model,
who’s setting the example.
All beliefs are
learned and what do you believe that holds you to believing that people are not
equal in the eyes of your god or their god. We been taught to look outside of
ourselves for the answers instead looking within. Forgiveness is a precarious
word for humans, they tend to think it, as weakness of themselves and others.
What if forgiveness is right there with love! When we forgive, we honor the
truth of ourselves, it’s not about forgetting. It is releasing yourself from
the pain, hurt or the unkindness that was experienced by you. You can’t change people;
they have to want to change themselves. And true healing happens when we
release ourselves from that person, situation or from the people who rather you
play in their reality of drama.
So the next time your
trigger by a person, or event try to figure out what is causing the emotions,
it because it’s happen before or that you can believe that they could do
something like that, you might find that you once did it too. Or you might say,
I could never do that. That fact is that in the face of situation you could and
may have even done the same, even if you don’t remember doing it. Your soul
knows and it’s never wrong. Otherwise you would be here now.
