9-19-18 Owning our Rage and Anger

Darkness lives in everyone. It is part of your history. You don’t want to believe you as a soul in body are capable of what you see in the world. Yet, you or we as collective see the things that have allow it to become part of your reality. You say that it is not you, but when the words leave your mouth or the thoughts that arise when someone has hurt you or cut you off in traffic, do you stop yourselves. You are a divine being that that have the power over your thoughts and words. It up to you to challenge these beliefs.

Everything is your responsibility, words have the power to destroy or change, in the world that you see. You have played in the matrix of hate for too long. You want a better world, see it with yourself. If it is not within you, challenge that too. You have been taught to be misled, that it is a dog eat dog world. This is not the truth. That you must fight even yourself because the strong survive and weak have no ability to change the course of their life. Yet, every day you are given the opportunity to change the course of your life.

There are many who have survived great perils to be free of dogma that surround you, but the status quo wants to lead you down a path of your own destruction. You live in pain and suffering because you chose a path to see the darkness and to change it. It is everyone’s responsibilities, not the government, not special groups, not corporations, it is yours and your burdens that you carry because you have not realized that you are the creators of the darkness that lies within.

You fight with yourselves, and then others, as to who is right or wrong. What side of the street you live on to the zip code that defines where you live. Does it really matter, you cannot change others, it begins with you, first! To wish harm on another is sanctified that you are more important than another, which is not true. If you were to break apart the human to the smallest atom you would see that you are all the same. You can be the solution or the problem, which is define by the choices that you make.

It does not come over night, it takes practice to see beyond the beliefs that you have been graciously taught. When a thought or pattern shows up for you in your life, it will and does, challenge it. Say is this something that is within me too. Anyone of us could have chosen a different life to learn the lessons, it just so happens that you chose the one you’re in, so make it count.  Good day for now.

My reflection on the past week.

Ok, so this week I have been thinking a lot about all things that I encounter this week. First, am taking two Holistic classes and as an Empath, I had a strong reaction to projections by my teachers. One indicated that see images was a mental illness because no one see things that no one else  should see or hear things that they can’t see. The second incident was when my teacher made a reference to a group of people being on any type of assistance. Therefore, my first thought was to correction his opinion based of either ignorance or just not being educated enough to understand that there are more people receiving assistance then he realizes. And that just because we live in a world where money and power have more value than human life, we pass judgment on something, we as people to not understand. Of course, this was not before an entire group people also reinforced this belief. I not saying that there are not people using the system, but the amount who do is a small percent to the people who actually need the help. It like saying, that all the senior citizens receiving benefits, our handicap children, people, the people on social security or Mom’s just trying to get by, or how about our veteran who have fought for us, what about  all of them? They are not singular.
We as human people seemly past judgments, on thing that we just do not understand in others people, and if we do; we still pass judgment on them. I guess that we become a world that it ok to judge things that we do not understand. I am no exception, but one of things that I do, do is look to understand why things are the way they are. Sometime people tell me their stories and I am find that my understanding their life or position give compassion and empathy for them, because in reality I would not have wanted to experience what they did or still going through.
As for my teacher statement about see things is a mental illness, well maybe they’re the one who is mentally ill, because I know that I see, hear, feel , believe in things they would even image. You know most people believe in a god or angel or some Universal being. We pray to it, we ask many things of someone that we can even see. We know and hope that someone or something is watching over us, but do we really know. I know because I had my fair share of challenge’s living in a world that I do not understand or that understands me. Clearly, for us to become better people we really need to take a good look in the mirror and say have I pass judgment on someone that I myself have felt from another person. Am I so prefect that I do not have the understanding within me to see another person as me?
Most of us were born not really understanding what our life would be or become and were it would take us. As I was writing this, it came to mind that Robin Williams was a man who made us laugh and be silly. Many people felt his depart from this world, why is it that One man did this to us, what if we all took the time to be more kind, silly and a better person to brighten our world verses continuing tearing people down for being people.
So as I, reflect on my week and that the many people I encountered this week, whether on the bus, train, store, at College we could just open our hearts and say you know I am glad to alive. And stop passing judgments on things that we as people are not even willing to take the time to understand in another person.
